Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Customer Retention Specialist to join our team. - Assist clients with policy inquiries, coverage explanations, claims processing, and policy changes.
- Educate clients on insurance products, coverage options, and policy features to help them make informed decisions.
- Process insurance policy applications, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with insurance agents and underwriters to address client needs and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and gather feedback.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and company policies to provide accurate information and guidance to clients.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
