Customer Sales Support Representative

Our company is a growing, privately owned sales and marketing company in the Virginia Beach area, servicing over 5,000 customers nationwide. Currently, we are seeking a collaborative and solution-oriented Customer Sales Support Representative to join our team! This is a full-time, entry-level position. Training will be provided and compensation will be commensurate.

Ultimately, we are looking for a friendly and driven Customer Sales Support Representative who likes to venture out of their comfort zone and talk with our clients about our many products and services.

Responsibilities of the Customer Sales Support Representative:

• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions while closing sales directly with clients' leads in a face-to-face meeting
• Handling customer sales order-related questions, inquiries, and complaints 
• Recommends products that will meet customers’ needs while making an effort to upsell products and services
• Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Maintaining current knowledge of products offered
• Perform all other related duties as assigned by upper management if needed

Requirements of the Customer Sales Support Representative:

• High school diploma or equivalent
