Job Description - Customer Satisfaction and Performance Coordinator

Bayside Ford in King George, Virginia is a high-performing, customer-focused automotive dealership committed to delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations. We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Satisfaction & Performance Coordinator to help drive our customer experience forward and maximize our potential through strategic follow-up, lead response, and data management.

Essential Functions:

Track and improve key CRM KPIs:
- Lead response time
- Capture & contact rates
- Appointment set, show, and sold metrics
Manage structured follow-ups at 20, 30, and 60 days
Conduct CSI follow-ups and help boost review scores
Launch and manage mass call/text/email campaigns
Analyze performance data and provide team support

Qualifications:

Automotive or BDC experience is preferred, but NOT required
Strong phone, people, follow-up, and organizational skills
Ability to work with data and meet performance targets
