Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative at Stairway Digital Strategies, you will be responsible for handling all forms of customer inquiries, issues, and complaints through different communication channels. This includes but is not limited to phone, email, and online chats. You will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, and your ultimate goal will be to provide exceptional service and ensure their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels and handle them in a professional and friendly manner.
Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives to customer issues.
Ensure swift resolution of customer complaints, and escalate any complex issues to the appropriate department.
Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records of customer accounts.
Stay up-to-date with our products, services, and promotions to accurately address customer inquiries.
Continuously strive to improve and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and practices will be considered an asset.
