BASIC FUNCTION
The primary function of Customer Service is to support Seal Company’s sales objectives by maintaining on-going sales initially established by the Account Manager. Support, seek, contact, and negotiate with current customers and attain sales for the Company. Prepare and communicate customer price quotations. Technical order assistance when necessary. Generate accurate customer quotations and sales orders. Specification, purchase order terms, and conditions review. Partner with assigned Account Manager to complete daily activities in a timely manner.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Required—High School Diploma/GED and 2 years’ experience in a customer service or sales role.
Preferred – Business Administration degree and 3 years’ experience.
