As a Customer Service representative, you will be a critical connection point between our customers, sales team, and internal partners. You’ll deliver exceptional service, support sales growth, and ensure our sales operations run smoothly—from first inquiry to final order.

Follows departmental processes and procedures; measures progress against objectives and performance targets
Customer Service
Deliver exceptional service across all customer touchpoints (phone, email, chat, and in-person)
Answer calls in a prompt and helpful manner
Respond to inquiries with strong product knowledge and a solutions-oriented mindset
Resolve customer issues in a timely and thoughtful manner
Communicate effectively across departments to ensure quick resolution and alignment
Share customer feedback and insights with internal teams to improve products and processes
Know when to escalate issues while maintaining ownership of the customer experience
Backup other areas of customer service as needed
Wholesale Customer Service
Provide high-quality support to dealers, distributors, rep agencies, and internal sales teams
Process all orders in an accurate and timely manner
Maintain dropship portals (process orders, enter tracking, submit invoices, etc.)
Serve as a key liaison between customers, reps, channel managers, and internal departments
Support rep groups in effectively using the B2B platform, providing guidance and troubleshooting as needed
Participate in regular meetings with channel managers to align on performance, priorities, and growth strategies
Systems, Data & Administration
Maintain accurate customer and order data across ERP (SAGE), B2B, and EDI systems
Process orders accurately and on time
Keep detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions
Generate summaries and provide updates to management as needed
Use vendor portals and EDI systems to manage account requirements and transactions
Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency
Vendor Compliance & Operations Support
Apply vendor compliance and shipping requirements to ensure accurate order fulfillment
Maintain and share updated vendor compliance and shipping guidelines with internal teams
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Operations, and Operations teams to support execution and growth
Support special projects and initiatives as assigned

What You Bring
Knowledge & Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for helping others
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think quickly and act decisively
Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM and ERP systems (SAGE preferred)
Understanding of shipping methods (UPS, USPS, etc.) and vendor compliance requirements
Education
High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
Experience
3–5 years of customer service or related experience preferred
Tools You’ll Use
Desktop PC, standard office equipment (printers, fax, copiers)
Shopify, SPS, SAGE ERP, Starship, UPS.com
Work Environment
Standard office or cubicle environment
Requires sitting for long periods and regular computer use
Occasional bending, reaching, and lifting up to 30 lbs. as needed
