Job Description - CUSTOMER SERVICE

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Type: (Remote)

Jonesbororealtycompany is a leading real estate company in Jonesboro, dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to our clients. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time basis.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Your main responsibility will be to handle all customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, including phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer concerns and complaints in a timely and efficient manner

- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to effectively assist customers

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote customer loyalty and satisfaction

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt and accurate resolution of customer issues

- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

- Proactively identify and suggest solutions to improve customer experience

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service to continuously improve our service standards

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the real estate industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes is an asset

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Positive and friendly attitude with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
