Job Description - CUSTOMER SERVICE

Position: Customer Service Representative

Job Type: (Remote)

Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a full-time representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and addressing concerns from clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling all customer interactions

- Assist clients with property inquiries, scheduling appointments, and processing rental applications

- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and ensure timely and accurate responses

- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

- Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to accurately assist customers

- Follow up with clients to ensure their needs have been met and address any additional concerns

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote customer loyalty and retention

- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer satisfaction and experience

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a real estate or property management setting

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Knowledge of property management software is a plus

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
