Job Description - CUSTOMER SERVICE

Position: Customer Service Representative

Job Type: (Remote)

Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients and maintaining strong relationships with them.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries, including phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions

- Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding our products and services

- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner

- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience

- Maintain customer records and update them as needed

- Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate information to customers

- Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures

- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics set by the company

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred

- Previous customer service experience preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure

- Real estate knowledge or experience is a plus, but not required
