In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with exceptional service and support throughout their real estate journey. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and in-person interactions

- Provide accurate and detailed information about our services, properties, and company policies

- Assist clients with scheduling appointments, property viewings, and other requests

- Maintain client records and update information in our database

- Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless experience

- Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs

- Continuously strive to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management on ways to enhance our services

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred

- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a real estate or related industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
