Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our services, properties, and listings

Assist clients with scheduling property viewings and answering any questions they may have

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation

Collaborate with our sales team to provide support and ensure a smooth real estate transaction process

Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with clients

Stay updated on industry trends and changes to provide the best service to our clients

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred

Previous experience in customer service or a related field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications

Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus, but not required
