Job Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our company. Your main goal will be to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, while also helping to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services

- Process orders and ensure timely delivery

- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions

- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members

- Assist in creating and maintaining customer service policies and procedures

- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to better serve our customers

- Meet and exceed customer service goals and metrics

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software

- Knowledge of automotive parts and performance industry is a plus

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work well in a team and independently
