We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us continue to provide top-notch service to our customers.

Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that our customers receive prompt, courteous, and efficient service. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing general support to our clients. This is a full-time position with regular business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Provide information about our services, pricing, and availability

Assist customers with placing orders and scheduling appointments

Resolve customer complaints and issues in a calm and professional manner

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions

Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Continuously identify areas for improvement in the customer service process and make recommendations to management

Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been resolved to their satisfaction

Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to customers

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software

Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records

Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
