Position: Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the best service possible. Your main responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner

Handle customer complaints and find appropriate solutions to resolve them

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records

Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Process orders and provide customers with product information

Assist with billing and payment inquiries

Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and any issues are resolved

Identify and escalate any customer service issues to the appropriate department

Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and procedures

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred

Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
