Dayton Roger's Contract is seeking a friendly and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a full-time employee, you will work 40 hours per week, providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

- Provide accurate information about our products and services, including pricing, availability, and features

- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately

- Maintain customer records and update information as needed

- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience

- Proactively identify and address potential customer service issues to prevent escalations

- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback

- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers

- Meet and exceed customer service performance goals and metrics set by the company

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred

- Previous customer service experience is a plus

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and customer service software

- Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
