Direct Hire/ Permanent opportunity with a growing employer in Oklahoma City! In this role you will assist with customer service duties in a friendly, collaborative environment.
Duties include:
Respond to incoming calls and emails from customers.
Resolve customer issues/complaints.
Go the extra mile to assist and retain customers.
Enter and manage customer orders.
Assist in identifying process improvements.
Qualifications : 2+ years relevant work experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
Excellent customer service skills.
Must be dependable and organized.
Ability to prioritize work tasks with good time management skills.
