What are the job responsibilities?
Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, this role is responsible for interacting with customers by telephone, electronically, or face-to-face.
Process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
Input orders and change orders received from customers and Sales Representatives, set-up sales orders, payers, and essential data in SAP for initial orders.
This includes scanning merchandise, using a held-held scanning gun or, as necessary, the 10 keyed.
Ensures that each item's barcode is accurately reflected in the system.
What do you bring to the role?
High school education or equivalent required, some college-level courses are beneficial.
Previous customer service, administrative, or sales experience is preferred.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and reliability is ideal.
Must have strong computer skills, especially in Excel, Word and Outlook.
Must have strong communication, teamwork, decision-making, etc.
