Job Description - Customer Service

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Agent to join our team. The purpose of this role is to provide excellent customer service by serving as a liaison between our customers and the graphic design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a positive experience. The Customer Success Agent will also support the sales team in achieving their goals by providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our customers.
Essential Job Functions:
¿ Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
¿ Providing accurate product information and answering questions about our products and services.
¿ Collaborating with the design team to ensure that customer requests are fulfilled accurately and on time.
¿ Resolving customer design changes and issues effectively and efficiently.
¿ Following up with customers to ensure that their needs have been met and that they are satisfied with their experience.
¿ Building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
¿ Supporting sales by identifying opportunities to upsell products and services to customers.
¿ Contributing to the development of customer success policies and procedures to improve the overall customer experience.
Qualifications/Education/Requirements
¿ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
¿ Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
¿ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
¿ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
¿ Knowledge of graphic design and sports uniforms is a plus.
¿ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
¿ Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
¿ Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and CRM software.
¿ Knowledge of the sports industry and sports equipment is a plus.
