Job title: customer care technician
Pay Rate $20 - $21 per hour
Schedule: Mon-FRI (8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
Description
Under the supervision of the Customer Care Manager, this position will be responsible for providing premier customer service and technical support via email and telephone on inquiries, processing orders, and handling complaints in a prompt, courteous, clear and concise manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist customers with general inquiries, product support, service information, order processing and technical issues.
Diagnosing error or technical problems and determining proper solutions with customers
Respond to customers in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that service questions and concerns are treated in a respectful and professional manner.
Personalizes each call with our listen, care, connect strategies, also resolves customer concerns, prevents future issues, and promotes client services.
Accurately logs customer interactions into systems; updates logged information in a timely manner in order to track assessment completion, general inquiries and/or resolution.
Entering sales orders for customers into our dedicated system for order manufacturing /tracking/shipping
Confirm order information is correct by compiling, sorting and verifying the accuracy of data.
Process warranty claims (RGA’s, Shipping Labels, Credit Memos)
Review daily reports and use internal programs to track and update orders as needed.
Learn product line and company process.
Follow communication and order processing procedures, guidelines and policies.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills Required
Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
Troubleshooting Experience
Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
Must encompass professional demeanor
Strong customer service skills
Highly organized and detail oriented
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Perform detailed and accurate data entry
High degree of accountability and integrity
Qualifications
High School Diploma
1-2 years of verifiable work experience in customer service and/or data entry
