Our client in Pompano Beach area is looking for customer service associates to join their team. This is a temp to perm opportunity, the perfect way to get your career started. Hiring for two different first shift 8am-5pm and 11am-8pm

Job Title: Customer Service

Location: Pompano Beach

Pay Range: $16

What’s the Job?

Assist customer and business partners via phone and email

Handle complaint calls professionally

Monitor progress of delivery

Process change and cancel to delivery orders

What’s Needed?

Microsoft Office Skills

High School Diploma or GED

1 year of call center experienced prefered

Multitasks ability

Customer driven
