Customer Service Account Manager

Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management: Interacting with customers to address inquiries, process orders, and provide assistance with their needs. This involves maintaining positive relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Order Processing and Purchasing: Managing the entire order process, from initial inquiry to final delivery. This includes accurately processing orders, confirming delivery dates, scheduling shipments, and expediting orders as necessary.

Sales Support: Assisting salespeople by providing quotes to customers, communicating effectively with them regarding customer needs, and offering support in various sales-related tasks.

Communication and Coordination: Demonstrating excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with customers, sales team members, and other stakeholders. This includes organizing and following through on tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Administrative Tasks: Performing administrative duties such as data entry, using Microsoft Office programs proficiently, and utilizing order processing software like SL Dynamics. Attention to detail is crucial in ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
