Job Description - Customer Service Admin
Description:
The Roofing Customer Service Specialist is responsible for entering customer quotes and sales orders into systems. They are responsible for controlling the process from entering the customer quote all the way through order placement, delivery, and invoicing. The Roofing CSR has excellent organizational skills, a strong process orientation and focused on completing tasks and projects in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have a natural flexibility in handling both customers, sales, inner office, and warehouse staff.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Comfortable with communicating with customers via all means of communication, phone, email, text.
Execute day-to-day process for Roofing Quote to order, Roofing Planning, Production and Delivery.
Ensure all documents associated with customer quotes and orders are received and captured in appropriate systems
Ability to monitor and follow different projects, that are at different stages in the process at the same time.
Ability to schedule delivery dates with customers.
Facilitate communications with Sales, Production, Delivery, A/R and NCS Credit Lien
QUALIFICATIONS
Two or more years of experience in Customer service and/or office administration.
Strong time-management and people skills, high degree of flexibility, and excellent multitasking ability.
Proficiency with office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.
REQUIRED
2-5 years of work experience in a customer service and/or office administration roles
Must have exceptional attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to prioritize.
Must be a self-starter and driven.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in order production.
Strong process orientation and problem-solving skills.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products
Must be capable of learning how to perform job-related tasks in CBM systems (Sage ERP and Salesforce).
Work Environment:
Mon-Fri 7 AM - 4 PM
Small industrial office environment
