Customer Service Advisor – Automotive (No Experience Needed)
Location: Hudson, Iowa

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Experience: Greet customers warmly, guide them through the service process, and ensure they feel informed and confident throughout.
  • Communication: Clearly explain recommended services and answer customer questions—no technical jargon required.
  • Organization: Create and manage service orders, keep track of appointments, and ensure smooth coordination with technicians.
  • Support: Help schedule vehicle service, assist with basic diagnostics, and follow up with customers after their visit.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with service technicians, parts staff, and fellow advisors to create a seamless, friendly environment.
     

 Qualifications: 

  • Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality, or retail role
  • Friendly, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced setting
  • Team player who enjoys helping others
  • Willingness to learn about vehicles and service processes
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
