Schedule: Monday-Friday, 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM

Position Overview
Prov Inc is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Advocate to join our team in Sandy, Utah. In this fully onsite role, you will provide high-quality customer support through inbound calls while ensuring accurate documentation and a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency


• Assist customers with questions, concerns, and test scheduling


• Provide clear, accurate information and effective solutions


• Document all interactions in the company's CRM system


• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues


• Perform basic technical troubleshooting as needed

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)


• High school diploma or equivalent


• Previous customer service or call center experience (preferred)


• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• Comfortable using computers, webcams, and basic troubleshooting tools


• Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM


• Reliable, detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn

Work Location
