Job Description - Customer Service Agent

Position Overview:


Safebound Moving & Storage is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Support Agent to join our customer service team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients—answering calls, addressing inquiries, confirming important move-related information, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience.


We’re looking for someone with experience in the moving or logistics industry, preferably with knowledge of Granot and CRM systems. Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets are a must, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service is essential.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Respond to incoming calls and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Confirm move details with customers and associations

  • Coordinate with vendors, partners, and carriers to schedule and manage moves

  • Use Granot to track and manage moving operations

  • Maintain accurate records in Excel or Google Sheets

  • Handle multiple priorities and tasks efficiently

  • Demonstrate a service-first, team-oriented approach


Qualifications:



  • Experience with Granot (preferred but not required)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets

  • Excellent communication and time-management skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Prior customer service or logistics experience is a plus
