Position: Customer Service Agent
Description: We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. This is an in-person role based in our Boston, MA office.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails.
Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records.
Provide information about our products and services.
Assist with order processing and tracking.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
Uphold our commitment to excellence in every interaction.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
