Inkspirenize is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and support. This role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Product Knowledge:
Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers. Data Entry:
Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Feedback:
Gather customer feedback and communicate it to relevant departments to improve service and product offerings. Team Collaboration:
Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
