As a Customer Service Agent at Urbanex Pest Control, you will serve as a crucial link between our company and our valued customers. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service and support, ensuring each interaction reflects Urbanex's high standards of professionalism and care. Key Responsibilities:

· Ensure high-quality customer interactions that align with Urbanex's commitment to excellence.

· Efficiently handle a mix of inbound and outbound communications, including phone calls, text messages, and emails, primarily focusing on routine customer requests.

· Assist in scheduling services, managing free re-treatment requests, and updating and processing customer payments.

· Engage in outbound calls aimed at enhancing customer experience and loyalty.

· Collaborate across departments, providing support to sales representatives, service technicians, and other team members in a dynamic, interconnected environment.

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or GED required.

· A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service role.

· Strong communication skills, comfortable with a variety of communication channels including phone, text, and email.

· Proficiency in handling high-volume, fast-paced call center operations.

· Commitment to sitting at a desk and working on a computer for prolonged periods.
