Sterling Car Rental is seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Customer Service Agent or Car Detailer.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow with a company that values its employees.

Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Pick Up and delivery of rental cars to customers at local repair shops and homes.

  
  


• 
  

  Presenting rental contracts to customers and reviewing rental rules and regulations and customer responsibilities.

  
  


• 
  

  Answering phones and quoting rental rates and booking reservations

  
  


• Assistance with cleaning rental vehicles in between rentals.

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Must be 21 years or older.

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

  
  


• 
  

  Own reliable transportation.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.

  
  


• 
  

  Previous customer service experience in the hospitality industry preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  
  

Schedule & Pay:

• 
  

  Business hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm (schedule will fall within these hours).

  
  


• 
  

  Starting pay: $18.00 per hour.
