The Role:
As a Customer Service Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests. Whether it's via the phone or email,  you’ll provide prompt, helpful, and empathetic support, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and taking reservations over the phone or in person in a timely and professional manner. Providing details on our snorkel tour options, promoting our dedication to a plant-based menu,  and sustainability commitments. 


• Checking in our guests for each of our daily tours, processing gift shop purchases, restocking the gift shop inventory.


• Resolve product or service issues with a problem-solving mindset, identifying opportunities to improve the guest experience.


• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


• Keeping it real - other tasks include stocking the cart with supplies for the boat tours and freshening & cleaning the bathroom for the guests. May on occasion need to lift  up to 30 pounds (CO2 and soda tanks). 

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent friendly professional communication skills.


• Patience, empathy, and a customer-first attitude


• Ability to multitask and stay focused, ability to be self-managed following a standard task list and looking for ways to be productive during the slower times.


• Basic Computer & Accounting knowledge, comfortable using Point of Sale applications such as Square &  Fare Harbor Reservations system. Experience with these applications a plus but not required.

Scheduling Requirements:

• Schedule and hours may vary according to staffing needs seasonally.


• Must be flexible in your availability and available to work peak seasons, including holidays, early evenings, and weekends.
