What Makes This Role Different


This position is more than answering phones and entering data.
You will be the operational backbone of our service department, ensuring every interaction and every transaction is handled with precision and care.


You will also have the opportunity to learn the service and automotive operations side of the business, opening the door for career advancement into leadership or advisor roles.


Key Responsibilities



  • Serve as the first impression of our service department—in person and over the phone

  • Accurately collect and manage customer and vehicle information

  • Document customer concerns with clarity and attention to detail

  • Coordinate scheduling and service flow to keep operations efficient

  • Prepare estimates and ensure accuracy in repair orders

  • Support Service Advisors and technicians with administrative coordination

  • Track vehicle progress and proactively communicate updates

  • Review and finalize invoices with precision

  • Deliver clear, professional explanations of completed work and charges

  • Maintain organization in a fast-paced, high-volume environment


Who You Are

  • Polished communicator (both written and verbal)

  • Bilingual (Spanish and English) is a plus


No automotive experience required — we will train the right person with the right mindset.


Minimum Expectations



  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to stay on your feet for extended periods

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where standards are high
