Location: Onsite | MondayFriday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Contract Length: 6 months (07/07/2025 to 01/12/2026)

Join our client as a Customer Service & Collections Specialist and play a vital role in managing customer relationships, addressing escalations, and supporting collections efforts. Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and the companys financial success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle escalated customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Manage complex billing issues and maintain detailed documentation.
• Contact customers with past-due accounts and follow up until resolution.
• Return accounts after 90+ days of non-payment and send final-billed accounts to collections.
• Document processes, identify improvement opportunities, and share learnings with the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience handling collections or working with past-due accounts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional during difficult interactions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
