Customer Service & Order Entry

We are looking to add a dedicated customer service professional to our Sales team to assist in order processing and customer communication that keep our manufacturing teams busy and our customers served at a high level!

Role will be a heavy blend of developing customer service responsibilities and order processsing. 

Position is based Monday-Friday on-site, with flexible 1st shift hours.

Starting pay dependent on prior related experience

Position Responsible For:

• Accurate contract review and data order entry for new or repeat work/purchase orders
• Efficiently assemble job packets according to due dates, expedited requests, and manufacturing/customer needs 
• Coordinate with management, scheduling, estimating operations for due dates, ship dates, order updates
• Assist in responding to customer inquiries, discrepancies, and requests
• Proactive communication across the organization for changes to sales and purchase orders
• Assist in sales reporting processes: open orders, weekly sales
• Other administrative responsibilities supporting sales, estimating, or operations teams as needed

• Prior work experience in a customer service role required
• Administrative/data entry and/or experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment strongly preferred
• Proactive working/communication style, with strong follow through
• Strong interpersonal skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Strong proficiency with computers/learning new systems/software
• Must be able to sit or stand for up to 8 hours per day
