Customer Service and Sales Associate

We are seeking new Customer Service and Sales Associates to join our team! As a Customer Service and Sales Associate with Pakio, Inc., you will be responsible for driving sales on behalf of our clients while providing consistent and supportive customer service. You will learn tried and true techniques in sales negotiations and customer service communication to help you be successful in this role.

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service and Sales Associate:

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers by providing thorough and accurate information about available products and keeping communication lines open
• Present and pitch products and services to customers in an informative and complimentary manner, highlighting the benefits of each product for the customer
• Monitor and track office and team performance in sales numbers and customer satisfaction metrics to ensure goals are met
• Facilitate communication between customers and client technicians to ensure all installation appointments run smoothly and beneficially 
• Abide by all compliance policies and procedures when handling sensitive customer information, ensuring all transactions meet legal privacy requirements

Qualifications of a Customer Service and Sales Associate:

• Previous experience in customer service and/or sales is a plus
• Personable individuals, able to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented, desire to set goals and continuously achieve them
• Ability to operate effectively in groups and individually
