Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist

Location: La Crosse, WI

We are seeking a Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist to join our team in La Crosse, WI. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and experience providing sales support. Responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, processing orders, and providing product information. The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a sales-driven environment

Experience in providing direct administrative support to a team.

Proficiency with CRM software.

General computer skills and experience Microsoft Office software.

Duties Include:

- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage correspondence.

- Enter data into CRM system and other relevant software.

- Prepare reports and other sales materials.

- Research and analyze potential customers and markets.

- Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with account managers.

- Strong customer service skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in computer applications, including CRM software and Microsoft Office.

- Data entry and analysis skills.

- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.

- Problem-solving skills to address customer issues and sales challenges.

- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships.

- Understanding of sales processes and procedures.
