Job Description - Customer Service Assistant

Join our team and be a part of our mission to provide exceptional customer service and support our clients in their growth journey. As we expand our clientele, we are looking for Customer Service Assistant who are team-oriented, passionate about building relationships, and eager to assist others.

Customer Service Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong and lasting relationships with clients and customers with the goal of driving sales and customer enrollment.
  • Identify and resolve client issues and concerns, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Utilize product knowledge to support sales efforts and facilitate new client acquisitions.
  • Provide clients with personalized purchasing experiences and excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to process orders and set installation dates.
  • Document client information and ensure accurate purchase orders 
  • Work with fellow team members to achieve sales targets.

Customer Service Assistant Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent certification required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Marketing, Customer Service, Hospitality, Sales, or related fields preferred.
  • People-oriented, with a strong desire to build and nurture relationships.
  • Charismatic and personable, facilitating positive interactions with team members.
  • Results-driven and self-motivated, continually improving interpersonal skills.
  • Strong active listening skills and empathy towards client concerns.
  • Solution-oriented with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

Note: This position requires daily travel to our office in Sacramento. Local candidates only (or relocating within 2 weeks of an offer).
