• Assist customers with product information, order placements, and returns.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Project.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality.
