Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction:

Greet customers warmly and ascertain the purpose of their visit or call.
Inquiry Resolution:

Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Product Knowledge:

Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Documentation:

Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
Feedback Collection:

Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to the relevant departments for continuous improvement.
Follow-Up:

Ensure customer satisfaction by conducting follow-up communications when necessary.
Team Collaboration:

Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
