Position Overview:
The Customer Service Assistant will interact with clients, resolve inquiries, and ensure excellent service. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with strong communication skills and a dedication to customer satisfaction.

Salary Range: $17.50 - $27.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Assist in resolving client concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Support office operations with clerical tasks as needed.
