Description
The first person people see when entering the innovation and production facility, providing a range of customer service talent and support to the organization. You are responsible for excellent customer service on incoming calls and greeting of guests.
Responsibilities:
· Greet guests announcing arrival and signing into the facility
· Routing deliveries to the appropriate person and location
· Answering incoming phone calls and routing to appropriate personnel.
· Generating invoices daily and distributing them via mail and email, plus supply customer paid receipts.
· Sorting incoming mail and distribution.
· Research and send information for statement requests.
· Maintain petty cash for the company.
· Maintain and stock the cafeteria and multiple conferences rooms keep them supplied.
· Print certificates for distributors and names plates for training.
· Request certificate of insurance for customers.
· Assist with food ordering for guests and meetings.
· Manages web chats for the company.
· Provides backup duties for web orders and other CSR functions as trained.
· Flexibility and adaptable to take on additional special projects as required.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm
Requirements
Education:
· High School Diploma or GED
Previous Experience:
Essential:
· 1 year customer service-related experience
Desirable:
· 2-3 years customer service-related experience
· Portal and Company Insurance knowledge
Skills and Competencies:
Essential:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word knowledge.
Desirable:
· Basic order entry
Personal Attributes:
Essential:
· Must work well in a team environment.
· Must have good time management skills.
· Pleasent attitude
