Customer Service Associate

We are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer acquisition services for our clients. We’re looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our sales team and enhance our customer interactions on behalf of our clients. 

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for interacting with potential and existing customers to drive engagement and support our client's sales and expansion efforts. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring a positive customer experience and building strong relationships.

Role Overview: 

• Customer engagement 
• Sales presentations
• Answer customer questions
• Assisting customers through the enrollment process 
• Client representation 
• Sales & marketing initiatives 

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• A confident attitude with superior customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude and problem solver 
• Able to work full time 
• Able to start immediately 
• Able to commute to our office in Bakersfield
