Job Description - Customer Service Associate

Job Description:


We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by managing customer information, gathering feedback, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to learn about our products and processes. The ideal candidate would be an automotive glass shop or body shop CSR.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Maintain and update customer information in the Orion system accurately and efficiently.

  • Gather and compile customer feedback on a monthly basis to inform service improvement.

  • Help increase tool usage by providing continued education to our customers

  • Collaborate with all departments to resolve customer issues and work towards optimizing tools and processes.

  • Monitor shipping and tracking activities to ensure timely delivery and return of shipments.

  • Create and manage shipping labels for Auggies requiring replacement.

  • Keep track of various spreadsheets for management and reporting purposes.

  • Develop a working knowledge of Auggie products to assist customers with questions and provide support.

  • Multitask effectively to handle multiple customer requests and administrative tasks simultaneously.

  • Maintain friendly and professional communication via phone and email, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.

  • Assist with other administrative and customer service duties as needed.



Qualifications:



  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with other MS Office tools is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Friendly, approachable demeanor with a customer-first attitude.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

  • Willingness to learn about Auggie products and systems.

  • Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required.



Preferred Skills:



  • Knowledge of the Orion system or similar customer relationship management (CRM) software.

  • Experience in shipping, logistics, or related fields.

  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.




  • Full time hybrid position.  Must be able to work in the office with the opportunity to work from home 1-2 days a week
