Job Description - Customer Service Associate


We are looking to bring on a new Customer Service Associate who will work with our team to enroll customers in wireless services. The Customer Service Associate will assist customers in enrolling them in new wireless devices that are affordable to them and wireless devices that they qualify for. In this Customer Service Associate role, we are looking for someone who is comfortable connecting with others, outgoing to spark conversations, and is empathic and has patience when completing this process. The Customer Service Associate starts at an entry level and includes learning sales as well. Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service and enrollment support in their new wireless services 
  • Assist customers with inquiries, product information, sales order processing, and issue resolution, ensuring a seamless and positive experience 
  • Identify and upselling opportunities to promote additional products or services to customers that they may qualify for 
  • Build rapport and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to offer personalized recommendations.
  • Work with the sales team to meet or exceed sales margins, actively participating in sales and enrollment training to further skills 
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers and close sales

Customer Service Associate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service and sales roles, demonstrating strong performance in both areas is a plus 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience and empathy when working with customers during their enrollment and sales process 
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism, and efficiency
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
