Corpay is currently looking to hire a Customer Service Associate within our Corpay Lodging division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in Wichita, KS. In this role, you will work in a fast-paced environment and be someone who truly enjoys helping clients to help drive client success. You will report directly to the Direct Accounts Manager.
How We Work
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be expected to work in an office environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Efficiently and professionally handling customer calls and emails from clients and CLC hotel partners
Managing customer issues using best-in-class courtesy, tact, and diplomacy as well as applying active listening and empathy skills
Relating to each individual's customers' needs, accurately answering questions, identifying problems, and presenting solutions
Creating client value by consulting with clients to introduce program features and services to match client lodging program needs
Researching client disputes and ensure timely resolution
Redirecting customers to appropriate departments and teams when appropriate
Reviewing outstanding balance accounts and contacting clients weekly as part of the team's collection efforts
Performing additional customer service duties as required
Qualifications & Skills
Ability to multi-task by handling high call volume and email traffic
A team player with the confidence and passion to help our customers
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent active listening skills and ability to develop rapport on the phone
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and attention to detail
Knowledge of basic accounting concepts
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer functions
