Customer Services Associate (CSA)

Location: Bluffdale, Utah
Status: Full-Time | Non-Exempt

Join our team as a Customer Services Associate. You’ll help customers with product and order questions, resolve shipping or service issues, and enter orders accurately. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and keeping things organized in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities
• Answer customer inquiries by phone and email
• Resolve order, shipping, and service issues
• Process orders and returns with accuracy and attention to detail
• Update customer information and records
• Support the sales team by handling calls and tracking leads
• Collaborate with warehouse and accounting teams to resolve discrepancies
• Complete assigned projects and uphold company values

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Positive, dependable, and customer-focused attitude
• Previous customer service or office experience preferred
