Job Description - Customer Service Associate

Key Requirements:

- Minimum age of 18 years.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems accurately.

- Capacity to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.

- Team-oriented mindset and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
