Customer Service Associate

AmTab Manufacturing has an immediate need for a  Customer Service Associate. The qualified individual will have 3+ years' office experience and be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities: 

• Answer all incoming phone calls and direct callers to the right company contact 

• Manage lobby and waiting area for visitors and direct visitors to the right company contact 

• Manage conference rooms and meeting schedules 

• Manage product showroom 

• Manage café areas 

• Manage office supplies and establish partnerships with printer companies for ongoing support 

• Develop sample kits with all product options accurately to send to customers

• Assist with warranty information and assembly instructions (when applicable)

• Manage Daily Reports

• Enter sample orders into AmTab’s ERP 

• Enter shipment information into UPS Worldship platform 

• Manage incoming and outgoing small package shipments and USPS mail 

• Assist with order status requests • Assist with sales and marketing initiatives 

• Represent AmTab professionally and graciously at all times in correspondence with customers 

• Integrate into the various AmTab departments to form a team environment 

• Fill in for Front Desk when needed 

Qualifications:

• 3+ years' experience in an office management setting 

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent written, verbal, and customer service skills

• Experience with ERP systems 

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)

• Spanish bilingual is a plus but not required
