Job Description - Customer Service Associate - Entry Level
We are currently hiring motivated and dependable individuals for an Entry-Level Customer Service Associate position. This role is ideal for candidates interested in customer service, nonprofit outreach, fundraising, community engagement, communications, or public relations.
As a Customer Service Associate, you will work directly with community members to support nonprofit fundraising campaigns and awareness initiatives. This position involves face-to-face interaction, relationship building, and helping nonprofit organizations expand their community support.

Responsibilities
Provide professional face-to-face customer service and community outreach support
Represent nonprofit organizations and communicate their mission, programs, and community impact
Engage with community members and answer questions in a clear, respectful, and professional manner
Encourage voluntary donations and support for nonprofit fundraising campaigns
Build positive relationships with customers and community members
Maintain accurate records of interactions and campaign activity
