Position Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and bilingual (Spanish/English) team member to join our spice and dry foods company. This role focuses on accurate label creation and invoice verification, supporting our customer service and production operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, good with numbers, organized, and able to pivot quickly in a fast-paced food production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and print product labels for spice and dry food products, ensuring accuracy in lot numbers, quantities, and product names.
• Review and verify customer invoices, using basic math skills to check for errors or inconsistencies in pricing, quantities, or totals.
• Learn and work within our ERP system and label printing software.
• Identify and report any documentation discrepancies.
• Assist with order entry into the computer system.
• Communicate with customers by email or phone regarding orders, updates, or questions.
• Be cross-trained in various administrative tasks to support customer service and production coordination.
• Stay organized and flexible to handle multiple tasks throughout the day.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bilingual – Spanish and English required.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
• Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn ERP and labeling systems.
• Prior experience with label printing, especially in food packaging, preferred.
• Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and shift priorities as needed.
• Experience in food manufacturing or dry food/spice production is a plus.

Work Schedule & Compensation:

• Hours:  Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
• Pay Range: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Location: On-site in a spice and dry foods production facility
