Customer Service Associate (Spanish Bilingual)

CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE (SPANISH BILINGUAL)

Must be in Central MN and have reasonable commute to St. Cloud, MN due to in-office requirements. 

SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm and every other Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm CST

COMPENSATION: Starting Pay $20.00 – $23.00 per hour. (The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.)

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Field inbound calls and address customer questions or issues prior to their first payment due date.


• Record customer interactions in the system with accuracy and detail.


• Respond to callback requests and ensure proper correspondence is mailed upon requests.


• Make occasional outbound calls to verify contract terms, application data, and repayment options.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Must-Have Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.


• Fluent in Spanish and English.


• Previous experience in customer service or a related field.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have but not Required! (We’ll train you!):

• Prior call center experience.


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• Office Address: 628 Roosevelt Rd, St. Cloud, MN, 56301


• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday 7:00am-4:00pm and every other Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm CST

COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Starting Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour.

• Bilingual Pay: Earn an additional $2.00 per hour for Spanish Fluency!
